These Terms and Conditions govern registration, purchases and use of the courses and services offered through www.a2zinstitution.com under the name A2Z Institution. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator identified below, and "you" refers to the user or purchaser.

Please read these Terms before registering or purchasing. By accepting these Terms during registration or checkout, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy explain the related matters they cover. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase a course. A parent or legal guardian must purchase and accept these Terms on behalf of a learner under 18. Contact us before creating an account for a minor so that any required consent arrangements can be completed.
Provide accurate account and purchase details. Keep your password private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Your enrolment is for the named learner and must not be shared, transferred or resold without our written permission.
Review the course description, syllabus, teaching language, included materials, support, access period and price before purchasing. Only the features stated for your chosen course are included. References to an examination do not mean that every paper, subject or examination stage is covered.
Courses are delivered online; no physical shipment is included unless expressly stated. Access is enabled after successful payment confirmation. You will need a suitable device, supported browser and internet connection. Contact support if payment succeeds but access is missing.
We will honour the access period stated when you purchase. Where lifetime access is advertised, the purchased self-paced course has no scheduled expiry or recurring renewal fee. It does not automatically include every future course, separate product, live class or personal mentoring service.
We may correct or update course material without materially reducing what you purchased. If we must permanently discontinue a purchased course or make a material reduction, we will explain the situation and provide an appropriate alternative or remedy, including any refund required by law. A later policy change will not retrospectively remove existing access rights.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The amount payable, including applicable taxes and any disclosed charges, will be shown before payment. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions and validity period.
Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment processing is handled through the provider shown at checkout, including Razorpay where offered. A failed payment does not establish enrolment. Report duplicate charges or payment discrepancies with the relevant transaction reference.
Future price changes do not alter an existing completed purchase. If a material pricing or description error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will explain the issue and obtain your agreement to any alternative or return the payment; we will not charge a higher amount without permission.
Purchasing a course gives the named learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access it for learning during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of videos, notes, questions, tests, branding or other protected materials.
You must not redistribute, sell, publicly upload, share login access to, or commercially exploit course materials without permission. Downloads are permitted only where we expressly provide that option. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the website, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully. Nothing here removes uses specifically permitted by applicable law.
Support is provided through the channels and in the form described for your course. A course purchase does not include additional services that were not advertised as part of it.
A completion certificate is issued when the stated completion requirements are met. It is not, by itself, a degree, professional licence, job offer or assurance of official accreditation.
We do not guarantee examination selection, employment, a particular salary or other personal outcome. References to employers, examination authorities or financial-market organisations identify the subject of learning and do not, by themselves, imply endorsement or affiliation.
Stock market and forex lessons are for education, not personalised investment advice or a promise of profit. Financial-market decisions involve risk. Before making a transaction, obtain appropriate professional advice and check the rules applicable to you. Educational examples do not authorise restricted or unlawful trading activity.
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Under our standard policy, a request must be made within 7 calendar days of successful purchase, and the learner must have watched no more than 10% of the purchased course's video content when the request is made. Exactly 10% remains eligible; more than 10% does not.
These limits do not restrict a remedy that applicable law requires for defective, deficient, misdescribed or undelivered services, duplicate charges or other legally protected circumstances.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading material, or another person's confidential information. When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it with the display name you provide and to moderate it for lawful purposes without changing its meaning.
Using a private message, photograph or testimonial in separate promotional material requires appropriate permission. You retain ownership of your original submissions.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, suspected fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond; urgent security action may be taken without advance notice.
Contact support to question a restriction. We will review the matter fairly. Suspension does not automatically remove a valid refund entitlement or any non-excludable consumer right.
We aim to provide accurate materials and a functioning learning service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be free of error. Report problems so that we can investigate and correct them. These statements do not excuse failure to provide the service as described.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates will be published with a revised date. Material changes affecting an ongoing service will be brought to your attention, and consent will be obtained where required. New terms will not be used to retrospectively reduce the rights attached to a completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve a concern. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction where legally appropriate, without excluding any court, consumer commission or other authority that applicable law allows you to approach. You are not required to waive a statutory remedy or use private arbitration.

Please identify your order or account and describe the concern. We will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours, provide a complaint reference, and address them within one month of receipt, or within a shorter period where applicable law requires.
