Simple 7-Day Refund Promise
This policy explains how refunds work for Stock Market and Forex Market Course Webinar and its optional add-ons.
If you feel the webinar did not deliver value, request a refund within 7 days of the live session. Please note: 5% will be deducted as a transaction fee during the refund process.
What Is Covered
- The webinar registration fee shown and paid at checkout.
- Optional paid add-ons selected and included in the confirmed payment, subject to the same request window and any digital-delivery restrictions stated at checkout.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@a2zinstitution.com or contact A2Z Institution through the WhatsApp details shared in your registration communication. Mention your name, WhatsApp number, registered email, payment reference, and batch date.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Please note that 5% of the refund amount will be deducted as a transaction fee. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.
Important Note
Trading losses, market movements, unrealised expectations, or failure to earn a profit are not grounds for a refund. Refund eligibility is limited to the conditions and time period stated in this policy.
